I have lived in many apartment complexes, and Terraces is definitely the best one yet! It was clean, quiet, and the staff always accomodated my needs above and beyond what was expected. My apartment was in like-new condition and any issue I had during my stay was addressed immediately, no questions asked. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new home in Louisville!


I moved here from out of state and the transition was extremely smooth. The staff and the community are top notch! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to live on the east side of Louisville! I have been living in apartments for the last ten years and these have been the best so far!!!
